If still we do not satisfy you, we’ll refund your sitting fee in full. (this does not include however wrong choice of clothing or bad hair styles)

If your print, frames or albums purchased through us are deemed faulty due to a manufacturing process, simply return them,
we will repair or replace them free of charge, providing we still have the original files and within the limitations of technological changes. We guarantee all our work for a full 5 years against faulty workmanship.
